Curt Iles is a writer and speaker from Dry Creek, Louisiana. He is the author of nineteen independently published books, including four novels. Curt is an eighth-generation Louisianian and a proud Southern writer.

His books have one thing in common: celebrating the beauty, culture, people, and stories of the Louisiana Pineywoods. His many hobbies include history, mentoring younger men, birding, trekking, pondering, and making rich memories with his family. He lives by several mantras, including: "If you like people, people will like you," and "You can't have too many friends."
