Spice of Life Cookbook

This cookbook was created by a North American born private chef, living in Costa Rica. The recipes are inspired by the fresh fruits, vegetables, and seafood that is locally available in the costal town of Manuel Antonio. I made this book with my clients in mind, but hope that anyone who loves fresh Latin American flavors can also find this book useful. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free recipes can be found or made with easy substitutions in the cookbook.
