12-for-12: A Practical Guide to a Year of Spiritual Formation in Community is a resource-rich book for churches and other Christian ministries who want to develop holistically formed disciples and leaders in a group context. 12-for-12 groups are based on the "cardinal directions of the spiritual life: "

This guide provides tools and resources for a yearlong group of 8-12 people committed to monthly meetings and deep formational work in between. Each chapter focuses on a central facet of spiritual formation and provides homework assignments for the month, including but not limited to readings, prayer exercises, Scripture engagement, and films.
